It has been a week now of exercising and already the last 2 days I have slacked, reason (1) football, reason (2) no sleep. I could not sleep last night at all, I tossed and turned and getting older sucks, I peed 5 times last night and I was tired, of course I walked into the wall coming back to bed, knocked my knee on the edge cussed and I have to crawl into my twin bed, yes folks a twin bed, the same bed my sisters had and I had growing up, In case you did not know I had to move back in with my mother.
The reason for being careful is, last week I got into the bed and it broke that is how fat I have become yes folks I crashed, so if anyone thought they felt and earthquake last week it was just me waking up the earth. The good news is I have not had much food today, maybe my body is in shock plus I am too lazy to make something. I guess I could call for a pizza delivery "NO Nancy Don't do it" OK I am fine now, it was quick thought. Man I could go for some cookie dough ice cream "No Nancy you must stop" is it OK to talk and yell at myself?
Anyways so the only excercising I have done is walk to bathroom and refrigerator to find the same nothing that was there 10minutes before.
