I am 46yrs old, female and I am going to do the old school of losing weight by working on a CD or even a VHS tape of Richard Simmons,and try to see if this helps me lose 25lbs by Christmas, instead of all those expensive other ways, so please read my site and watch me melt away the pounds, and hopefully there will be some comedy in this fight. This picture below of me sitting on the toilet will be removed once I have lost at least 10lbs.
