I cant stop eating

Hello out there, please lets get together on this blog about losing weight it is hard and I need help, I just ate chicken and going in for the cookie dough ice cream...Like I said my mother is the youngest protege of Joe Pilate's, who is my great uncle and Clara Pilate's was my great aunt, when she would send us birthday cards, she always signed them love taunte Clara that was German for aunt. We are probably the only people on this earth that received cards signed that way, not the way these people these days took away what they made, I wish I could say what I really want to say about the Pilate gurus who were personally certified by certain people a lot of it is bull crap...anyways I want people to read my posts I have a lot to say and I want to lose weight..
